These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Post-Mission Planner (the "Service"), provided by Post-Mission Planner ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and the Service is not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. The Service
Post-Mission Planner is a personal planning app that brings your calendar, goals, habits, and contacts together in one place. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, though we'll try to give notice of any change that materially affects your use.
3. Purchases and Payment
Post-Mission Planner is offered as a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), and are subject to that store's payment terms and refund policies. Refund requests should be directed to the app store you purchased through, in accordance with their policies, rather than to us directly, though you're welcome to reach out to us with any purchase questions.
4. Your Content
You own the calendar events, goals, habits, notes, contacts, and any other content you add to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, syncing it across your devices. We do not use Your Content to serve ads, and we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law permits it;
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, graphics, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, such as sign-in providers or app store infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post-Mission Planner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, and may delete your account directly through Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, provide additional notice such as an in-app message before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Contact Us
